Real Astrology Booking and Cancellation policy

These terms regarding booking, payment and cancellation apply to all events organized by Real Astrology, wherever they are held.

1. Weekend seminars

1.1 Booking and payment

After booking, please pay 100% of the seminar fees within 10 days, otherwise we cannot guarantee your booking.
Usually seminar fees do not include accommodation, meals, coffee breaks, and travel costs. If any of these items are included in the seminar fee, this will be stated in the flyer for that event.

1.2 Cancellation terms

If you have to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:

4 weeks in advance: 90% of the fee will be reimbursed (the remaining 10% covers our handling costs )
2 to 4 weeks in advance: 50% will be reimbursed
1 to 2 weeks in advance: 20% will be reimbursed
Less than 1 week: no reimbursement

Cancellations must be made in writing. E-mail is sufficient, but must be acknowledged by us to confirm receipt.

If Real Astrology needs to cancel, this will be done at least 4 weeks before the event will take place. Real Astrology will refund 100% of your seminar fee.

1.3 Travel arrangements

To avoid losing money on tickets in the event of Real Astrology having to cancel, we recommend you do not book your travel too far in advance. If you are uncertain, please ask your Real Astrology contact person, who will tell you how confident we are of reaching our minimum required booking numbers. Under no circumstances will Real Astrology be liable for travel costs.

2. Conferences

For example, the annual conference which will usually be held on the weekend preceding an intensive.

2.1 Booking and payment

After booking, please pay 100% of the conference fee within 10 days, otherwise we cannot guarantee your booking.
Usually conference fees do not include accommodation, meals, coffee breaks, and travel costs. If any of these items are included in the conference fee, this will be stated in the flyer for that event.

2.2 Cancellation terms

If you have to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:

8 weeks in advance: 95% of the fee will be reimbursed (the remaining 5% covers our handling costs )
4 to 8 weeks in advance: 90% will be reimbursed
2 to 4 weeks in advance: 50% will be reimbursed
1 to 2 weeks in advance: 20% will be reimbursed
Less than 1 week: no reimbursement

2.3 Travel arrangements

3. Intensives

Usually our 6-day events.

3.1 Booking and payment

After booking, please pay 30% of the intensive fee within 10 days, otherwise we cannot guarantee your booking.

A further 30% is due 8 weeks before the event, with the final balance to be paid 4 weeks before the event takes place.

Usually intensive fees do not include accommodation, meals, coffee breaks, and travel costs. If any of these items are included in the intensive fee, this will be stated in the flyer for that event.

3.2 Cancellation terms

If you have to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:

3.3 Travel arrangements

3.4 Booking Conference and Intensive together

If you book both events together, you will get a discount (please see the flyer for the event). Paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2, above, will apply to the total fee for both conference and intensive.
